Description I'm a huge game show fan. I miss the days when game shows ruled the daytime airwaves. I hope someday, game shows will return like they did in the '80s. But until then, I can wonder what game show sets would look like if the did come back. This is my own set design for Super Password, which aired on NBC from September 1984 until March 1989 and was hosted by the late Bert Convy.

Legal junk: Super Password is owned by FremantleMedia.

I think that this is what the set of Super Password would have looked like from 1990-1995 had it been renewed by NBC well into it's Boardgame Mornings line-up with Scrabble and Scattergories(which did not premiere until 1993 alongside the revival of Scrabble, both lasting only 105 episodes each). If NBC had launched the Boardgame Mornings block in the Fall of 1990, I think this is the result of what might have been for Super Password. This should be the set for Super Password if it comes back.

The Price is Right is not the only game show on daytime network television anymore. CBS debuted a new version of Let's Make a Deal in October 2009 with Wayne Brady as host. New versions of Press Your Luck and Pyramid are soon to follow now that As The World Turns is getting the pink slip from CBS in September.

It's Password!...It's the all-new Super Password! This is a very nice set! I happen to be a game show fan as well. It's a shame that The Price is Right is the only show left on daytime network television (and it's been that way for 13 years).

P.S. Have you heard Password is coming back in '08 as Million Dollar Password?
