Really, japanese is a amazing language to learn! Obviously, it's really difficult, but with a little enthusiasm and a bit of hard work, you'll learn it faster
one thing though; if you want to learn, it's a lot faster and easier if you do it with somebody else; I was learning it alone at first, but then a friend of mine wanted as well,so now we're learning together!

No problem! I started learning the basic words, like greetings, and so on (subbed animes are a great way to memorize words)
the next thing I learned was the writing: hiragana and katakana (not kanji, that's too damn difficult T__T);
once you've learnt these, you can read small phrases, but most of the time without knowing what you're saying (I spent a week saying that I was a toilet...it was sad --' )
then the rest comes along '

Well, starting off, we have a rare population of hippies in our town. They're an endangered species, but they cross-bred with the Artist clan and now we have a few small tribes thriving around various areas.
Our old people percentage has shot up from last year, going from 90% or the population to 95%!
And recently, we just acquired a new entertainment facility--an ice cream shop! Hurrah!
