James Arnold Wayne was one of the most brutal crime bosses in LA. If someone did anything to cross him, their demise would be one of the worst ways to go as it looked like they'd been through a ton, with them looking like a mad dog had been unleashed on them, earning James the nickname "Hellhound". Strangely, one day, James disappeared, never to be seen again. Most of his crew was found dead, looking the same as his victims. Legends began amongst other criminals that the reason his victims looked like they were torn to shreds was because James was a werewolf. And it appears those rumors may be true as James has returned in his werewolf form to continue his crime spree. And he has his eye on one valuable the most:The Golden Dolphin
