It's based off the artist's (Akiakane) experiences in life, but it does have a plot.
The Rolling Girl (Miku/Akiakane) was always trying to do her best, but kept failing (in her eyes, I believe) and getting stressed and stressed to the point of depression (why she's hurt) and just, well wants to die.(hence "I want to stop my breathing just now".)
But then there's a boy, whom may be just a symbol, but a symbol of that someone told her it was going to be all right. (Also hence "Are you better now...? It's okay now.... Let's go, you must be tired as well, right...?")
