and here we have ANOTHER OC, possibly from unblinkerssssname: Tsukuyomi (筑夜見）, she also goes by the code name 2943 (now that aint some random number, if you get why i chose it i give you props)

personality/Info: tsukuyomi is a sniper QuQ she's bossy and stubborn and complains alot. she has a very cute voice but when shes serious it turns serious too fuckyeah. shes also short, but jumps very high. ...meaning she's athletic *U*

A nicely-done representation of the epitomal anime character. While this design style has seen many times before in various mediums, there is a rather welcoming sense of originality to her that seems to guide a viewer to her personality. Lovely OC, the only thing that bothers me is how scrawny her legs are when you say she's athletic and jumps high :l. I find jumping a bit strenuous on the calves and I believe that if you were aiming for accuracy her legs should be a bit more bulkier.
