For my 50th Birthday, my sister wanted to do something special for my birthday. She could not think of any trip that would be fun for me. I mentioned in passing that there was entering a contest for a three-day pass for Star Trek 50th NYC Mission Convention. My sister offered to be buy me a ticket and some money for the convention. It was at the Jarvis Center in Manhattan and it was the first time going to there. It was a blast, not only because it was a star trek convention for it was a long time since I went to a convention.

The people who set up the bridge also run a museum and they sell copies of scripts and books.
