Hmm... it looks alright, but something doesn't seem right with how her face elements are displaced. For example, her right eye (her right, not ours) seems a little too much to her side. or better yet, it looks like someone picked her eyes, and tilted them clock-wise, a bit. Still there's something with the alignment that keeps getting on me.
Still, it's a nice piece, and it serves as a good example for hatching. ^^
