Im very Sorry for my english XD' I did my best haha;- Now I am aware of this term, but I wasnt before I made this tutorial XD So yeah in polish we do not have specific term for toes, hence it's called "feet fingers" (we call it this way XD; ) so excuse me for funny term used in this tutorial.

Another good proportioning tip: the human foot is, on average, just about as long as one's forearm. There can be variations (e.g. 5'5" with a US size seven shoe, and the foot being smaller than the forearm by a couple inches, like me), but it's a basic rule of proportion, more often than not. Not a perfect ratio because not everyone is a cookie cutter size difference from one another, but it's true more often than not. Go ahead and check it out, guys!

One way I try to make feet the right length is by making it the same length as the character's forearm!
