Horsea is cute. I wanted to try drawing a pokemon doing an attack or action. And since i never did that before i thought i should try with drawing an easy pokemon. Horsea was easy to draw and i just made what i hoped to look like water coming out of his...mouth i guess you would call it.tell me if you like it.
