The ears on the humanoid seem...well...they look more elfin. Fae blood? Glabro form?
My first thought might have been a Fiona/Fianna pairing. Face painting suggests nocker, although sidhe isn't too far off, especially in those lands ruled by Chief Greyhawk.

wow, i like the whole concept of this. the wolf is veryyyy masculine. the idea of protectiveness is veryyyyy romantic and appealing. the wolf is my favorite, the shading, the wolfish glare, and the furry details are very appealing to the eye
