A continuation of my Shocker's Spider-man design! One of the 6 Generals who run Shocker's America branch, they have hidden within and taken control of the corporation called "Oscorp". Not much is known about the Octopus Kaijin Ock Devil, but rumours say that he was a inventor who was brainwashed into joining SHOCKER.His design is a fusion of the Kamen Rider kaijin Ika Devil and Spider-man's foe Dr Octopus.
