Sorry for the complete lack of shading but... Angel wings are hard, so they took me ages. >
All of my bases are free to use, so you don't need to ask. Just remember to show me the finished work.
Please give me credit for making the base when you post it.
You are allowed gender-bend (change base gender), edit the face/mouth, change the skin color, etc. But you still must give credit no matter how much you change the original!
