Description Chapter 1, Verse 4

What if flowers had feet?

Flowers have a fairly symbiotic relationship with the dirt around them.  Life imitates life imitates art imitates life and some other really existential shit like that.
But really, even the prettiest flowers rely on the dirt below them for sustenance, nutrients, stability, and much more.  The dirt exists to support the flowers.  It stands to reason that in some cases the prettiest flowers grow from the nastiest of dirts.

The beautiful flowers are then stuck with the dirt.  And so it is.

But what if flowers had feet?  Would they too run from you like any wild animal? Or like that person you tried to smile at? Would they huddle in dark wooded areas, lashing out when cornered?
Or would they still seek out the dirtiest dirt, seeking the comfort and support dirt provides?  The consistency of results, over and over, growing from cracks in walls and sidewalks, allowing roots in all manner of locations and substance.  Anything that can collect a little dust, a little dirt, a little support for flowering, a growing plant will find a spot it likes and do its thing.  Grow.

Smells good, looks good... if you are dirt you are set! Right?
Be glad they don't have feet.

Dirt too must never forget, the dirt wouldn't be the dirt if the petals never fell.  Dirt too must always do it's part, or it will fail the flower.

Symbiotic; Existential
Life

Run forest, run.... yes, I went there.
