If this serial killer is spotted in the area, you are to immediately report his location to authorities. The man is highly dangerous with a body count of 92 and growing which includes both innocent civilians and unlucky bounty hunters who attempt to capture him for the high bounty placed on his head. Not only is he skilled in hand to hand combat, but is also in the possession a stolen experimental weapon called the "Vampire Coat". This weapon appears in the form of an ordinary straight jacket, but it is actually made of a durable and flexible alloy that allows the sleeves to stretch out for over 20 feet, which the killer uses to snatch up his victims before murdering them using the steel claws at the end of the jacket. The many methods he uses to claim his victims lives includes cannibalism, disembowelment, decapitation or simply using his species's instincts and drain their bodies completely of their blood.
The only clues to go by on what the killer's pattern of victims is that he seems to kill about 5-6 of a particular gender and species before moving on to another "set". So far, a new pattern tells us that he is moved on to female cats.
