Steps for Pure As Snow , with a generall explanation about it ^^ I hope it helps anyone.

1. Made lineart, used a reference picture from starfinder.biz , and filled the background with a dark brown color.
2. I did a horrible mistake here - I began working on the wolf before I did the background. Never find, I kept going - took a thick brush and roughly colored in spaces in strokes. I made it in a way that I saw where is lighter and darker, more or less. Then I took a thinner brush and started working on the face, and took all kinds of different colors in the process to make it more fur-like.
3. Brightened up a few areas in his face, fixed his nose and the shape of his head and kept going to a few new areas.
4. Redid the nose and ear, worked on the leg and - Umm.. shoulder? Always changing the size of the brush and the color.
5. Finished his fur, added whiskers.
6. Added the background. For explanation on this, you should see the tutorial in meadohaven , its a very helpfull tutorial! ^^
7. Added the snow on a new layer playing with the size of the brush, opened in photoshop and singed ^^
