Well, judging by the overwhelming amount of people out there who can't tell the difference between an OC and a character From an Anime, because hair color/style + eye color is all that matters... I'd have to say no, at least for the majority.

This is absolutely gorgeous. You have such a skill for color blending. I thought, in all seriousness, this was a photograph from the thumbnail. Absolutely astonishing. I love the way the window peeks into the corner of the picture, breaking up the negative space. I really like her position, it seems to say that she is not completely tame, even with the dress and the flowers she can still be herself.
