Riddler+Spymaster+Living Laser=Questmaster
Arthur Abbott-Nigma used to be a revolutionary scientist who developed Laser Helm, a device which allowed anyone to control light. One day a shady buissnessman wanted to buy Arthurs Laser Helm and sell it to highest bidder but Arthur refused, wanting his little device to be used for good instead. Feeling dissapointed and quite displeased, the shady buissnessman sabotaged Arthurs device so other people won't patent it. Upon his demonstration of Laser Helm, the device malfunctioned and turned Arthur into a being made of solid light to Arthurs agony. Blaming the shady buissnessman for setting him up, Arthur used lightpowers to catch up to man who set him up and enacted his revange by kidnapping him and forcing him to survive his death-trap maze. Feeling inadequate, Arthur started working for criminals he despised in hopes of ammassing money to revert his body to normal and under the allias of Questmaster, Arthur became a notorious thief who used his light-bending powers to break into vaults and disable laser security measures.
