In our first Ben 10 What If I proposed the idea of Upgraded Omnitrix so lets move on to Alien Force era, what are the changes? Firstly the reason Ben stopped using the Omnitrix wasn't because of Walware but its because of overloading both his aliens and his own DNA through Upgrade feature, at least in this timeline. Azmuth warned Ben if he abuses the Upgrade function which he didn't even authorize the time limit to transformations will be cut in half and cooldown period will double. Ben learned this the hard way and quit being a hero for a time being and now in AF era, the Omnitrix recalibrated and those timelimits were fixed. This time around Ben is more cautious about Upgrade feature, only using it when neccesary and mostly on mechanical aliens that are compatable with Upgrade feature but since AF Aliens are mostly non-mechanical, the only ones who did get the Upgrades were Goops Anti-Gravity Projector and Nanomech, either way here's the list of AF Upgraded Aliens:

Swampgrade: He can absorb limited amount of plant matter to enhance himself, his regeneration is tampered a bit and works a bit differently, his methane production is reinforced as well as the control of his methane production.

Echo Upgrade: Since Echo Echo is technically a sentient robot, Upgrade feature is somewhat compatible with him and a a result his sonic abilities are amplified, he can modulate different types of frequencies for different types of effects, he can shift his body into making Echo hands and lastly he can temporarily merge with sound-based technology to enhance himself.

Upgradesaur: He can grow even bigger then before, straight up kaiju form by absorbing near-by tech or junk, absorb shockwaves from walking and transmute them into energy to blast from his eye.

Jetgrade: Heh as enhanced hyperdrive travel and scoobadiving on top of laser-focus neural energy blasts from his tail.

Chillgrade: He (she?) can coat his wings with liquid metal he ingested, devour tech and transform his/her body into tech, amplify his/her cryokinesis, shoot laser-focus cryoblast, gain limited ferokinesis by becoming a superconductor and spawn his/her own drone children for recon.

Chromagrade: His physical stats are enhanced, can absorb minerals from enviroment to further enhance his body, body-shift crystal weapons, has better control over energy absorption as well as create hardlight weapons and tools.

Braingrade: His tactical intelligence is twice more efficient and faster, his neural electricity can form into electro-nets and can seek targets as long as he can see them.

Spidermonkgrade: Enhanced physical stats, extra limbs generation, sentient tail and laser-web generation.

Goopgrade: Anti-gravity Projector can shoot laser, become a drone and transport, Goopgrade himself can melt technology and mimic it, morph his body into more suitable technoforms and excrete electrocuting slime.

X-Grade: He can transform into a literal God-Machine capable of literally any function he desires, there's no limit to what can't X-Grade do, he can also share his nanites with anything in the Universe, take from it or improve it but there's a catch, Upgrade will be the 3d person next to Belicus and Serena so it'll be even more difficult arguing with them to use X-Grade, on second thought his personality serves as a good mediator between Ben, Belicus and Serena.
