Someone like you, is my first render with Cinema C4D.

The work in this picture were 3 weeks. Various test render, I think 20 pieces, until I was satisfied with the end result. The hair is rendered with C4D and partly created ........ no easy task for me. There were too many for the hair test render necessary. Parts of the hair rendered the rest is postwork. For the light I use a ring light from the left front and a soft box from above.

Post Work: On face no post-processing, image is the original render from C4D. Hair is reworked to 60%.

The figure is a Poser figure Victoria 4 with Morphs and texture of Danae, the character name is Dublin. The whole was then exported to C4D and rendered with Vray2.0.

I used Poser 2012, Poser Fusion plug-in, Cinema4D R13 and VRay2.0
