Thats wicked work. Is it wa sculpture painted up or is it a mask. And what did you use to sculpt with and make the final product? Amazing work so going on my list

ehm, It's a sculpture, but not as usual. Usually, to made puppets or sculptures, i use techniques of fx. That's modelled in oilclay and then i take a mold of it, and after i obtain a positive copy in latex+cold foam with the model, and i paint that copy. Excuse me for my bad english.

What do you do your molds with? Yeah your techniques sound pretty much like how we do it in sfx...the cold foam...is it soft or hard like biscuit foam? Sorry for all the questions but when I see something like that (similar to what I do) I can't help but ask.

I do molds with sylicone, alginate, stuccoes... that depends. Cold foam is a cheap resource, but i prefer Foamlatex when i can use it.

I just have to say that right now it's only 7:30 in the morning and now I refuse to go anywhere that might be remotely darker than broad sunlight! Thank you so much for waking up all sorts of fears that I'm going to have to deal with for the rest of the day. I would normally call you a jerk for that ( ) but that just goes to show how FREAKIN AWESOME this picture is to scare me at 7:30 in the morning! I LOVE IT!
