Description

Finally laying eyes on the beast the warrior knew what had to be done. Every fiber of their being snapped to life as they screamed.

"You took everything from my people, and for that you will die!"

The creature bent down to get a better look at the loud insignificant spec, it began to chuckle. The glow of it's gargantuan eye silhouetting the warrior.

"What could you possibly do to me?"

Pure unadulterated rage blossomed through the warrior. The rage of their ancestors, the rage of their people, and the rage of their family flowed as water though a valley. Channeled into ever fiber of their being.
With the strength of thousands pulsing though every muscle, the warrior knew that they had a chance to slay the beast once and for all.

No matter how insurmountable the odds may seem, the warrior would not stop until the beast was slain. Of that they were certain.

I made this image using a miniature I printed and an experimental image I took with an old Soviet projector lens I had. The final image (before editing) was then captured using the same lens, layering them via practical means rather than GIMP or photoshop.

Then the real editing tool place.

The imaged was edited using Lightroom, GIMP, and Audacity. Multiple times though the cycle in fact.

The story is based off of a character I played who finally met the monster that was the reason they started adventuring.
