There's a difference between LSSJ3 and regular SSJ3... pupils. Gothax's depiction here clearly has pupils, hence it is regular SSJ3.

My point was that the LSSJ form has always been depicted without pupils (part of a whole "blind rage" motif), so this cannot be considered a LSSJ3 form.
