Willow Shepard: first - human being, now - ''Cybernetics Division's'' model T-101, created by Cerberus and the geth. Cyber-organic humanoid machine which was created using Reaper technology and human Proto Reaper's body parts. A hybrid of hyperalloy endoskeleton and living tissue with internal primary and secondary organs, except the brain which is replaced by advanced CPU which contains memories of Shepard's previous life. Also she is fertile and can give birth. Beyond that all, she also has unique mind control capabilities which she uses rarely... she can assume direct control of one of Cerberus machine infantry units, so she can fight the enemy from far distance through the controlled machine. If situations gets serious, she can even control the Destroyer or Sovereign class Reaper. Willow Shepard can wield two heavy weapons in each hand. But... Shepard has weaknesses too... physical damage from explosions can be critical to her body, which can cause limb malfunction, glitches in her system and abdominal trauma. The only thing which makes Shepard functional for some time is the adrenaline, which grants her with furious strenght. Shepard's line of sight is improved with HUD which can highlight the target. She is capable of running internal systems checks; calculating the distance of objects relative to itself; targeting with a precision head-up display; making detailed kinetic studies of trajectories; sampling and analyzing the atmosphere, weather patterns and wind velocity; analyzing human emotional states (in order to assess possible hostility); analyzing body language and direction of muscle contraction; calculating the force of gravity; analyzing texture and temperature of materials; and sensing radar scans. Shepard's cathcphrase is ''I'll be back.''.

Eva Core: ''Cybernetics Division's'' model T-175, created by Cerberus, before the Reaper invasion. A self-aware artificial intelligence in hyperalloy endoskeleton with living tissue. Eva is one of the most advanced machines ever created. She has no internal organs, however she can eat and drink. She also can understand social behavior and show emotions. Eva is fast, very powerful and very intelligent, able to kill the enemy with bare hands and withstand collosal damage to her body. Unlike Shepard, Eva is extremely strong, agile and can run at speed of 80 km/h. Eva is heterosexual and her database does not include information about relationships between two people of one gender. Her goal is to find her future loved one. She uses Arc pistol and Katana shotgun, but later replaces them with modified Noveske 5.56MM G3 N4 assault rifle, Franchi SPAS-12 shotgun and dual Beretta 87 Target pistols. Her HUD is in blue color and shows information about all people in Cerberus and ''Cybernetics Division''. Eyes are glowing purple but the human eye lenses are in brown color. Eva can speak in two languages - english and spanish. Her catchphrases are ''Come with me if you want to live.'', ''Hola, compadre.''. Despite being a machine, Eva loves music and enjoys listening to various bands, mostly from 21st century. Her favourite genres are electronic, industrial and metal.
