1. Absolutely NO Editing allowed.
2. Redistributing the background is forbidden! If caught, you will get a strike!
3. Use outside the group is forbidden.
4. This base can be used both on NPC's and Leaders (for leaders you need to apply it so it appears to be seamless, this is the only time where editing/cutting etc is allowed!)
