-Obviously playing around with the stamp tool.
Do not know if I will be able to make another piece for the βbring your visionβ contest- reusing that last one probably wont do.

Wow! This piece, if only a concept, is still breath-taking. I have only recently seen this character but already I feel deeply interested. The way the miasma and jaws surround him is intriguing in its acute portrayal of emotion. There are feelings of oppression and isolation that seem to roll of the image. Thank you for this, it is beautiful and intriguing to the mind.

This is actually quite breathtaking. I get a strong sense of anger and sadness from this; the manifesting of a subconscious desire to destroy something that threatens one's sense of well-being. It took me a moment to notice the toothy jaws, and I like that the overall shape resembles both a bird's wing and bared claws or fangs.
Tell me something - what does this represent, really? What's the story behind it?

Ive been entertaining the idea of scripting a comic with a friend, and this would depict some concept work on one of the characters.
Happy to see youβve got that perception- it is mostly correct. He is indeed intended to be mistrustful (there is a subdued element of fright to his character), yet consciously deceiving and fear-provoking(?) in order to safeguard himself.

My avatar shows a βWalkingFishβ (an original monster design) in its slithering motion.
It may look like its swimming, but it cannot do so. For a βfishβ they detest water and are quick to drown on puddles. It βswimsβ rapidly, adjacent to surfaces like that. Also notwithstanding its name, it cannot βwalkβ-it can however stand on its small β feetβ for a while. Maybe gross. Maybe cute.
