based on the forgotten and tucked away (or about every 10th bridge in Ohio)when counties have a bridge that's not heavily used and cant pass the 10 year inspection anymore, its commonly found easier to just abandon the whole thing and let the free service of "Nature demolition. LLC." slowly reclaim it.
