Description
The insane senior engineer, Niño Hartwell. He's Tyrannian, but apparently decided one day that he wanted to become a really smart Tyrannian.He learned and mastered engineering in Brightvale and Moltara. He's fabulously wealthy but still continues to work despite his old age.
He's currently stationed somewhere in the snowy mountain ranges dividing the Neopian mainland and, along with his granddaughter Quita, is working on a rather important project.

This is one of the most unique designs for a Tyrannian pet I've ever seen! Very unusual, but I really like it! And fantastic job on those mechanical wings.

There's something in the way he slouches with his old hands on his wingy-strap-buckles that really seems to show his personality, even his older age. And I like the way you mixed just a bit of blue into the shadows to balance out his orange hide.
