Due to revisions, not much can be given or said about Fencc expect some unusual info from the locals. Loud, Sassy, and always ready to throw a fit, Fencc is your go-to guy for items you can't buy (or get) anywhere else. All you have to do is put an order in and he'll have it within a week. Where does he get his wares? who knows. All that is known about him, outside of his loud mouth, is that he's always avoid any long conversations with the Authorities. Regardless, he's just a cross between that one friend who complains about you never doing anything right and a 1994 Car Salesman.

Recently Fencc, his sister, a Mightyena that's just as sassy as him, and a skittish Meowstic have been avoiding Neddel Region Patrol all together after a report of a Noble's death and some stolen goods.
