[Blue's Partner of Team Cute]This took me a while, as some can imagine.
Flare (a.k.a. Blare) is a hothead and pretty head strong. In fact, when it comes to Blare, Pokemon actually tend to not take her seriously because of how short she is in comparison, not to just other Pokémon but even other Torchics. The lack of height is made up by the amount of power she possess. In the art, she's in something that used to be called "Awakening", but now called "Overflow". When in Overflow Mode, her type instead changes to Electric and is under a constant state of Gravity, which she can change at will around her.
