"This Magical Object caused a whirlwind of trouble. Earlier today there was a massive car accident on a highway and this traffic cone was responsible. How can a single traffic cone cause all this?"

"I went to the accident a few hours ago. It was absolutely horrifying. Cars everywhere, dozens severely injured or dead. There was even a car in a tree! I found and salvaged it without much trouble as it flew a good distance away. Plus, it's distinct from its 'brethren'."

"I ran tests on the traffic cone, and found out that it can manipulate wind by spinning. The energy it gives off is what forces it to spin like crazy. The energy also sustains the tornado after it stops spinning. I have my theory on what happened now; the traffic cone started spinning fast enough to create a small but powerful tornado and trashed everything around it. After the damage was done, the tornado threw the traffic cone out before dissipating. This is what earned it the name of Cycone."
