I'm finally done!!! This took tons of time to do with a wonky mouse....but I learned a lot during the process. The background is really sloppy though, and it might look better in cel-shading (because of the black outline) except I don't have the "precision tools" to do that without sitting for ages. 'Tis my first color CG done in Photoshop Elements 2 (which shall hopefully be upgraded soon to real Photoshop) so...I like it for now!
