Magnet fishing, It seems to be pretty popular these days. I've never tried it, but seems like it could be worth a go. I ran across a women and two younger kids playing their fair at this sport of sorts. I was across the other side of the river they had been casting their magnets and took my shots of this young person in wind up to let their magnet fly. I don't try to interact with them as I didn't want to disturb them having their fun.. With covid and all, it's hard to know if such a thing would seem as very unwelcome or not? I may have gone over and asked them how they'd made out and if they'd managed to catch anything worth noting.. pre-covid. These days however I just decided it was just best to capture the moments from afar and leave it at that. I wish them luck in their hunt for whatever treasure they managed to pull from the depths of the river.. one can only guess as it's a well traveled water way and certainly all manner of things might have found there way into it. The wind up, The cast, And What do we have here?
