Well out here in the boondocks its been pretty nice weather, a little windy here and there but not to shaby.
And mine was on the 30th of March.

Yeah me and my dad get to share the same birthday and the same birthday cake, which can get pretty annoying sometimes! And I always have to remind him that I will always be his favorite birthday present!
Anyways...what do you want for you birthday this year. Im not sure, correct me if im wrong, but I remember asking you what you got for your birthday last year.

...Wow things are getting really crazy. I found out that my school is doing finals like a week sooner than they usually do! I was really mad when I found out about that. Tell me whats been happening with you, how is that game company you work with doing?!

Oh that sucks! Thats ok, you'll be fine. My finals are this week and the Monday after. IRON MAN 2 COMES OUT NEXT WEEK!!! YAAAAAAAHHH!!! I can't wait!
In other news, I was awarded a $1000 dollar scholarship from the Lakewood Police Athletic League! FREE MONEY FOR SCHOOL!!!

And guess what, I went to Iron Man 2!! It was pretty good but I cant decide which was better if the first or the second was, they both had good parts in them. But I would have to say that I like the end part after all the credits on the second movie better, it was really exciting!! Tell me what you think once you get to see it!
Well once I graduate I am planning on going to Brigham Young Univeristy of Idaho or Utah. Not sure which one yet. But one of the two.

Oh absolutely. They have a really good, immersive, art program so it'll be good. My major is Fine Arts-Drawing. It's really exciting! I'll be starting there the 1st of next month!
OH LUCKY! I can't wait! I heard it was amazing and a buddy of mine already told me what was after the credits (I had a theory since I saw the poster from the movie. Thor is going to be awesome!!

And I am not really, entirely, for surly, quite set on what I want to do. But I have been looking at Astronomy, I really enjoy that stuff! But I want to go to Brigham also because of the fact that it is a church college so that should be good for me to meet other people.

Thanks so much. I know I'll have a lot of fun! I will probably also go to school for something else, probably either carpentry or auto mechanic (both programs are offered at a school by my house). I really want to know how to fix my own car and if the money doesn't flow from the concept art, then I have something to fall back on!

And math isnt my MOST favorite subject but I dont mind it, when I have a teacher who will make sense and not just jabber about random things. But im more interested in the science. That's my favorite subject.

Well, just had a birthday party yesterday. It was great! Playing my new game, Alan Wake. (you can watch the trailer, its super cool!) and trying to draw more. I haven't drawn in a long time....been busy with other stuff... but a friend of mine said he's going to commission a painting of Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid. That should be fun!

Great! I've been keeping busy! Workin' on drawing the bad guys while studying the art of the legend, Alex Ross. I'm gonna be able to do what he does someday, I just need to work my butt off until I can!!

Paper for sure. Computer is good for choosing colors but being able to interact with paper and with different media and to feel the artwork is where its at!'

I think paper too, I haven't really done much with computer mainly because we don't have the software but I think that I would rather choose paper. Just for the fact that you pointed out that you can have more feel with it. But I wouldn't mind trying more out with computer artwork I think that it could be fun!

Computer stuff definitely is fun, but its harder to get smooth colors and straight lines (unless you use the line tool lol) . Thats just my opinion. I love graphite and acrylic paint!

Yeah I see a lot of people doing computer stuff but I would have to agree with you on the fact that it is nicer to use paper and pencil! Hey by the way sorry again for not writing but the weirdest thing happened a few mornings ago, I woke up sick! The weird thing about it is that I was feeling supper the night before and then it just hit me like a train! That never happens to me, I usually have signs that im getting sick but nope, not this time. But thanks for being so patient and always writing back! I always love hearing from you! So how about you and your family, have you guys been healthy!

Wow Luke is 19! Time goes by so fast! I can remember when you guys were out here last and you, me, and him were playing downstairs! Ohhhh..yeah good times! Well Nial is like 23 or something like that I canβt remember how old exactly he is, and Erik is 21, Mattisen is 19, I am 17, Leigha is 13, Evan is 12, and Larisa is 11, I think. HAHA I canβt remember everyoneβs age how pathetic is that!
Well sorry for taking about 50 years to write back but I was at a church camp for all of the youth in our area, it was fun but it was really hot! That took about three days there and then I have been extremely busy with things when I got home. And to top it all off just yesterday our computer got another virus so it isnβt working right now. Iβm using Suzanne's laptop to stay in contact with the Web World. Say how does your computer do with the whole virus deal? Do you have like a SuperVirusKiller or something?! Oh and I was wondering how your NGenius games were coming? At least as much as you can tell me.
