I drew this on a birthday card for (happy birthday again!) and we agreed it wouldn't be a bad idea to submit it
So the picture is from the anime Spirited Away (which is an awesome movie). I really liked this scene and figured it would look good on a card.

'Tis is short for "It is", hence, it would be "It is the season to be jolly", but people thought that was too long, thus they went and became lazy and said "tis".
