SlutWalk is a movement that is spreading around the world. Our message is to stop the shaming of victims who have been sexually assaulted in any way.

Originally SlutWalk started in Toronto when a police officer was giving safety lessons and informed women that if they didn't want to be raped they needed to not dress like sluts. Mentality like this exists across the world, and how a woman dresses is no excuse for sexual violence. By condoning statements like this, it justifies and excuses sexual violence.
