You should get yourself some image-editing software. The photo of this drawing in progress shows that this image is WAY too dark. I use Photoshop Elements 7 myself, which is an old version I bought a couple years ago as a download for about $50. It still does everything I need. You just open the drawing, go to Enhance and scroll down to Adjust Lighting. This is a very good drawing... adjusting the values would do this image a world of good.

You really have captured life in this piece. I usually like high contrast, but this works. The lack of contrast may actually add to the realism in this instance. Great work sir.
