This is very overdue

The method shown is just my PERSONAL method. I said above never use the blur tool, but it may be a valid option with heavy tool modification. I just find it useless for the style I'm trying to achieve (Which aims to have some of the smudge texture left over - This is why I don't make much use of textured brushes, because my smudge brush gives me the texture I need.)

Also a Q I got- Why isn't this in color?
A: I use a method called "color washing", which involves the application of colors after the base rendering is completely finished. You can see it here.
