Chapter 6:

After the diving board, the travelers weren't sure on what to do next.
"I don't see anything new around here. I think we've gone on everything." sighs Therion.
"There must be something we haven't done- Oof!" Tressa tripped over a bag as she was thinking.
"Hello, What's this?" she opened it, inside were lots of rings of different colors.
"Hey guys, check it out!" Tressa showed the bag to her companions.
H'aanit grabbed one of the rings out. "What are these?"
"Don't know." Tressa looked at label on the bag. "Diving rings huh? Wonder what they're for..."
"Excuse me," Tressa asked the lifeguard of the pool. "What are these diving rings?"
"Oh those? You throw them into the water and go underwater for them." Replied the lifeguard. "Try to catch as many as you can before coming up for air."
"Thanks!"
Tressa told her teammates about the diving rings.
"Well, I bet I can do that with ease." Olberic boasted
"I can hold my breath longer than any of you." replied Primrose
"How about this, We have two of us go up against one another to see who can collect the most rings." suggested Tressa.
"Sounds good to me." Alfyn gave a thumbs up.
The first match was Tressa vs. Therion.
"Alright you ready?" said Olbertic. "GO!"
Both contestants went underwater.
Being a thief, Theron was quicker at collecting rings, but Tressa could spot them faster.
After a minute, they went up to the surface.
"I got 8 rings." Tressa said.
"I got 8 as well" said Therion.
"...WAIT, SO WE'RE TIED?" They both expressed with shock.
"Afraid so." sighed Ophilia
Next up was Alfyn vs. Cyrus.
"Go!" called out Tressa.
The Apothecary had the upper hand at first, but then started to lose air. He came up the surface.
Cyrus meanwhile was picturing each ring as a book, encouring him to collect as many as he can.
"I got 9!" He called out.
The Scholar came out with more rings. "I have 10"
"Winner: Cyrus!" Proclaimed Tressa.
The next contestants were Ophilia and Primrose.
"Watch me swim swiftly though the pool Oph." Boasted the Dancer.
"And Begin!"
The sound of Tressa's voice started the race.
Ophilia thought about not drowning and focused on collecting rings. So far she was ahead of Prim who was swimming gracefully to get the rings.
Unfortunately she had to come for air sooner than the Prim.
"I got 7." The cleric called out.
"They were still waiting for Primrose to come up. And as soon as she did...
"I got 12. No bad, my friend." Primrose smiled at Ophilia.
"Winner: Prim!" Tressa announced.
Fourth and Last was H'aanit and Olberic.
As soon as Tressa gave the signal, they dove in.
Hunter instincts in, H'aanit grabbed a ring as soon as she caught eye on it. Meanwhile, Olberic was gathering whatever rings weren't snatched by the hunter first.
When they got to the surface...
"I got 11 rings!" called Olberic
"11 rings!" called out H'aanit
"This race.........Is a Draw!" Announced Tressa.
"Even though I lost, this game was really fun!" said Ophilia.
"Same here." said Alfyn.
And thus everyone laughed together.
