Myers Briggs Introduction:
The Myers Briggs 16 personalities say that each person has 4 defining characteristics that describe how their brain works: Extrovert (E) vs Introvert (I), which describes your socialization; Sensing (S) vs Intuition (N), which describes how you learn and take information; Thinking (T) vs Feeling (F), which describes how you make decisions; and Judging (J) vs Perceiving (P), which describes your instinct to follow rules and schedules or set your own.
Of course, your individual personality is also effected by how you were raised, your genetics, your culture, your generation, etc., so this isn't the ONLY defining personality features, but it does explain A LOT about how your brain works and why.
