So you can thank the fine fashies at PayPal for forcing me to raise my prices against my will. Fees they take from commissions have now increased to multiple full dollar amounts, and not only am I feeling the weight of the cut, my commissioners are made to look like chumps because although they're paying me the full amount they're supposed to, the full amount isn't getting to me. This slight increase ensures I'm receiving the full amount for my commissions. I really don't like raising my prices without my full choice being the driving reason, but I am kinda cornered here. All that's really changed are prices, so all terms of use and rules still apply. Thanks for your patience and understanding

NSFW-Specific Examples and Rules

Some things I'll make clear here too so there's no confusion:

My prices are in terms of USD ($). I ask that you convert currency to USD when you commission me and keep conversion rates in mind when you send the money to me.
I do not start commissions until all money has been paid up front. Please try to pay as soon as you get the invoice from me. If you are unable to pay the entire amount up front, I am willing to negotiate partial payment, but do not abuse this.
I do all my transactions over PayPal, with the one exception being DeviantArt points . I strongly prefer the United States Dollar to points. I will still accept points commissions, but it is much more ideal for me to process transactions with actual currency.
I send invoices to people that are my first-time commissioners and returning alike. This is for my protection, as well as making it a more professional transaction that's easier to track.
My typical time frame for commissions is 1-3 days. This number may fluctuate, as I have an outside job. I will still do my best to fulfill your commission and no commission should take longer than three months. If I'm unable to complete your commission for any reason, I will refund you your money in full. I ask for your cooperation and patience.
Try to be as clear and detailed with what you want in your commission request. Reference images of the characters and poses are appreciated. Don't be afraid of sending too many, as more than needed is better than less.

- Banned Words: This might sound weird, but there are certain words PayPal doesn't like appearing in subject lines. Words like "Yakuza" and "NSFW" or terms relating to NSFW can get the transaction flagged and my account investigated. I'd rather just avoid that happening. For the most part, I'll be sending invoices so this shouldn't be a problem, but just keep this in mind.
Please be professional and cordial when you request a commission from me. I will refuse your commission and in some cases block you from speaking to me if your behavior is inflammatory and out of line. Please just treat me as you would want to be treated yourself.
When sending reference images, poses, etc. that are NSFW, please ask if you can send those images beforehand. I am generally going to say yes and be okay with them, but I would like to know what I am getting into up front. You never know when I'll be in public or around family.
I watermark my SFW and heavily censor and watermark my NSFW commission pieces. My commissioners are the only ones that get the unwatermarked/uncensored pieces. This is non-negotiable.
Tips are not required, but are a very nice gesture if you decide to do so.
I have the right to decline or cancel and refund the money for a commission at any time.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
Any outlying questions and concerns should be brought to me (GraySlate) when first requesting a commission.
