Everything about this is exquisite...the angle, the lights and shadows, her muscle tone, the tattoos, her delicate hands, her amazing hair, the rendering of her face, and the loosely rendered armour is lovely as well.....you have an amazing gift!

What a clever composition~!
at first glance, in thumbnail view (and perhaps card-view), we see an attractive girl in an appealing pose.
On fullview, with her tattoos, hair and physique she looks tougher than the initial impression; her pose is in fact both confident and relaxed, and many of your details can be appreciated.
It's only on close inspection that her scars, veins, and scored outfit become apparent, which further take our impression of her away from the pretty girl and towards the seasoned fighter she is.
To top it off, I love the speedpainterly backdrop, enough to set the scene but not detract from all your work on the character + foreground.

I have tried to draw cornrow style before, I love the amount of detail you have in her hair!

By the looks of the Tattoos and the smallness of the ears I'm guessing she's an Ayr'Dal (Half-Elf)?

That is correct. She is a Half-Elf.

High elves, Dark Elves and Wood Elves tend to have slightly longer ears.
Since you do a lot of LoN art, do you know why Sony doesn't have a DA presence like they do with Facebook" and Twitter? (Sorry I leery of those sites.

Not sure on that one. DA is a popular site but Facebook and Twitter are probably more universally known so they stick with those.
