Maxwell is a sinner who killed many people in life. He was known for wearing his iconic scarecrow mask. He appears as a 6'5, 220 lbs man. His skin is grey and hair is brown and has long sharp nails. No one has seen his face as he wears the mask. He never speaks for any reason. As Blitzo and the others cross over to the living world, Maxwell once follows them so he could kill more people.
