Maxwell and Danis are two sinner brothers that were known for killing people in life. Maxwell, the older and larger brother, was the silent serial killer type and Danis was the cocky hired killer type. Maxwell was known to wear a mask and coveralls and favored a large kitchen knife over anything else. Danis wore a trench coat and favored hunting knifes. Think of Maxwell as a Micheal Myer's base guy. There is no reason or consciousness within him. He never has spoken a word. Danis is a ghost-face kinda guy. Likes horror films and learns from them. Maxwell is slow, but extremely strong and durable and smarter than he looks. Danis is strong, not as strong as Maxwell, but also very fast and agile. Maxwell and Danis were separated as kids by their divorced parents who had a relationship like Stolas and Stella. The father took Maxwell and the mother took Danis. In Helluva Boss, these are their places. Maxwell and Danis share an apartment in one of the most dangerous areas in hell. Most of the other sinners are afraid of Maxwell so they don't get bothered much. Danis gets hired by Verosika Mayday as she sees a lot of talent and potential from him. She ever so secretly brings him back to the living world to help her with her job. Maxwell on the other hand, uses the opportunity to sneak back to the living world himself to kill more people for blood. When I.M.P find out about these two, Blitz tries to tempt Verosika by telling her that she could get exposed for bringing a sinner back to the living world. Danis and Maxwell have no beef with I.M.P so they do their own thing and try not to get involved. Danis and Maxwell might even bond with Octavia as their parents are kinda similar.
