Upgraded version from my OLD 2018 base which I am NO LONGER supporting
because it's relatively outdated with the anatomy, especially with the arms and legs

You can still draw nebs with thicker arms but
please don't use my 2018 base for the 2021 Nebnom Jubileee MYO Event!

Do not use this base for anything else but Nebnoms
Do not remove my signature
Do not use this base to make adopts
it is ONLY for official Nebnoms (for official myo slots or jubilee myos)
Yes you may use this base even for premade neb myos
or you can transfer Thall-made nebs onto it for fun etc.
Not for commercial use.
You may NOT use any of my bases or artworks for NFTS
(I am strongly against NFTS)

Please colour the toe pads black or very dark grey!
They are not supposed to be coloured, I just forgot to colour them in black.
