In a more familiar universe, a hurt and lonely escapee from a lab would go on to be known as Rocket; here, adopted by the leader of Thanos’s Black Order, he’s getting ready for a day with the rest of then cadets on the training deck. You’d think being taken from the lab by the Black Order would make his life somehow even worse, but weirdly, you’d be wrong. He’s never been happier. Now if his darn fur would just finish growing back in.
