Remember "Glitch"? Yeah they never felt pokemon-y enough, just an amorphus blob, so as much as I enjoy eldritch creatures I felt like they needed an update. I used some old pokefusion designs to revamp them. Now you can see a bit better what pokemon they're comprised of.
Their lore is the same: they're an experiment that went horribly wrong and who's existence has been wiped/hidden from existence. Their current status is unknown.
