- Friend with Trick and Jumbo bax.
- Prefers to walk on all 4, but can be bipedal if needed.
- Pretty chill and loves to joke around, but will retaliate if provoked.
- His lightning/fire attack can do massive amount of damage, and he doesn't like to use it much.
- He can't use only fire or only electricity, but he can regulate how strong the attack is (to a degree, he can't light candles with it for example).
- The holes in his wings don't impact his flying ability that much, he was born with them.
- He's an omnivore, but his favorite food are bugs.

Who remembers Skyper? probably no one, he's an old character that only ever appeared as a mention in the old refs for Trick and Jumbo. I really was just going to scrap him, but I had a big brain moment and ended up mixing at least 3 designs I had for other characters of "the dragon gang", and added a few new touches.
The color scheme specifically is from a super old character I've had in mind for years, which also inspired the fire/lighting breath.
