Here a drawing of Luigi attempting to make a jump. He's starting to jump from the edge of a platform on the left side of the picture, but on the right side, he's falling into a pit since he hit an invisible block which ruined his jump.The Kaizo Super Mario World rom hacks have a lot of invisible blocks placed off the edge of platforms to mess up the players' jumps.
