Description
Billy Jean Blackwood is yet ANOTHER character who does not appear in the series post-first Atari era. For Billy Jean's design, I decided to reference her concept art design a little bit. She has two ponytails instead of one (a reference to her concept art design) and is still tall af. She also wears pink bows since she's fairly "girly" (I know that pink isn't always a "girly" color, but, in Billy Jean's case, it is). Her face is long and stretched out just like in her 1997 design and, again, she's tall af. Billy Jean was a bit harder to design for this fan-made remake of the 2007-2010 era, but I still had fun drawing her.
