Hoo boy, I really have not been drawing as much as I thought I would. (But I think I can shift some of the blame over to Game Grumps for taking up so much of my time.) But anyway, inspiration struck this afternoon (or more accurately in this case, waved half-heartedly from across the street,) and so I did this in about 1.5-2 hours - unusually fast for me. But then again, this was fairly simplistic; the sketch and lineart took up the vast majority of the effort involved. I wouldn't call it rushed, but I definitely think it would have benefited from being left in the concept stage longer to give it some chance to develop. This was 90% made up as I went along.

But anyway, I wanted to do a simplistic, modern, brightly-coloured (etc) picture, and that's what I did. And it had been a while since I'd drawn Rainbow Dash. I also tried out a slightly different style (again.)

Paint Splatter brush set by , used at the base of the neck again like for Mechanism .

This was mostly about the rainbow filter, and that is my favourite part, so I can't really say I failed.
